Halfie said...: Bill S., you've got it! Yes, it's one of the circular bywash weirs on the Farmers Bridge lock flight on the Birmingham and Fazeley Canal. I had to poke the camera's lens through the mesh to take the photo, and was pleased with the result.; 25 October 2013 at 23:27
