The changing face(s) of Farmer's Bridge Bottom Lock

When we came down the Farmer's Bridge flight recently I was surprised to see that the mural at the bottom lock had been changed. This is how it looks now ...

... and this is how it looked five years ago.

The building, a mix of student accommodation and, er, other accommodation, has acquired a few more windows, and has lost the BW "bottom lock" sign. Has it been completely rebuilt?

I'm sad the image of the boat working through the lock has gone.
