Farmers Bridge, near the bottom? Distorted rectilinear sqiggles top left suggest reflection of a wire mesh cover. Beautifully clean water though; at first I thought it might be your shower-head!
Just a thought... might it be the flooding of a dry dock?

Bill S., you've got it! Yes, it's one of the circular bywash weirs on the Farmers Bridge lock flight on the Birmingham and Fazeley Canal. I had to poke the camera's lens through the mesh to take the photo, and was pleased with the result.
