How did you get the acute accent over the e? And can you do likewise with all the other accents in all languages?

H.S., on the Mac for an acute accent on the "e" I hold down the alt key (from memory) while pressing "e", then press "e". (There are all sorts of weird and wonderful accents and symbols available by holding the alt key and pressing all the character keys.)

On a PC just hold down the AltGr key (immediately to the right of the space bar on this keyboard) and press "e" to get é. I don't know how to do the grave on a PC so I can't say "Et voiláéúíóᦀáa`"!
