One way to paint your boat (if you don't want to wind it)

Clapton, Lee Navigation, Monday 16th August 2010

Update on computer: I've now cleared 8 GB by copying to external drive and CD. Better than it was, but there's still a long way to go!

Halfie
there is a bloke near us that built a low (6" freeboard) punt like thing out of ply which he painted with bottom blacking and uses it to get round his boat and retouch the paint. I am almost jealous of his ingenuity.
Dont forget to get in touch when you next come to the midlands.

We saw a signwriter just north of Norbury Junction last Thursday, painting the off side from what appeared to be a metal cupboard! I now wish I'd taken a photo.
