It's not a lock - there's just one set of gates. It is, as Ray says, the stop gates on the upper arm of the Foxton Inclined Plane. Last month was the first time I explored the upper arm, and the first time I'd seen these stop gates. You don't notice them if you're going down or up the locks.; 18 May 2014 at 22:04
