I'm not sure where this is, except that it isn't Derwent Mouth Lock No.1 on the T&M (sorry to disagree with you Nev).

It's a wide lock, with a lay-by too looking at it...

It's the stop gates on the branch of the Leicester Summit that goes (went?)to the top of Foxton Inclined Plane

It's not a lock - there's just one set of gates. It is, as Ray says, the stop gates on the upper arm of the Foxton Inclined Plane. Last month was the first time I explored the upper arm, and the first time I'd seen these stop gates. You don't notice them if you're going down or up the locks.
