Lurid yellow narrowboat lacks an ess

Just above Knowle Locks on the GU is Knowle Hall Wharf, home of Stephen Goldsbrough Boats. No-one passing yesterday can have failed to notice Mr. Goldsbrough's boat number 133, nb Lila.

Obviously made to order, with a glazed front end with full height side hatches and in a sort of hi-vis yellow. Or is it radioactive green? Shall we settle for lurid?

Before the name on the bow is what looks like Arabic script.

Here is a side view of the boat.

Note the sign on the building behind:

And now the builder's name on the boat:

I wonder how long it will take Mr. Goldsbrough to notice the signwriter's small omission.

(Do I need to spell it out? That's Goldsbrough with an "s").

Fire that signwriter! Although as Stephen Goldsborough himself sold the business several years ago, and it's changed hands since, he probably won't be taking any action himself.

I'm no expert, but certainly not arabic; looks more like one of the Indian scripts to me, btw...
