Wonder if it had a companion called Tryphosa?
Ian and Karen, you know your Bible! I looked up "Tryphina" but didn't find much. Spell it "Tryphena", and up comes the reference to Romans 16:12 ("Salute Tryphena and Tryphosa, who labour in the Lord.")
That's it, my version says, 'women who work hard in the Lord'. A fine eulogy to earn, though think I prefer Karen!
This boat used to belong to my grandad Alan Bowyer. I wonder if its floating around still
