It looks like a slope going down in the background so I am going to say Foxton Incline Plane!

WOW! I have never been able to guess your pictures. I did say to Vic the day before that it might be the rails from Foxton but I didn't like to say!

I thought the only way anyone would get it would be if they'd actually been there and remembered what the rails looked like, so I'm impressed!
