Few who went to this year's show at Crick can have failed to notice the Lady Lydia, a blue steam launch serenely gliding everywhere except on water.
Lady Lydia is one incarnation of Inner State street theatre company ("strictly no juggling or fancy stuff"). Judging from their website I feel that their talents were being underused here.

As you probably allready know here in Norfolk/Suffolk we have our own real steam boat called Lydia. The Lydia Eva http://www.lydiaeva.org.uk/lydia_eva_great_yarmouth.htm
I knew the name was somehow familiar. From the website it looks like the Lydia Eva is just about ready to go to sea, under its own steam (literally).
