I've been exceptionally busy at work recently, hence the lack of blog posts. On Sunday I drove to Braunston to help show prospective share purchasers round
Shadow. One couple came back for another look having already seen the boat the previous day - we were delighted when we were told they'd bought a share. There were others looking too, but they haven't taken the plunge (yet?).

I took some time off to go and chat to Ray of
No Direction who was manning former working boat
Raymond, the last wooden butty to be built at Braunston (in 1958). He is at the helm of Raymond in the photo.
