    Bullnosed blue industrial bricks. Hmmm - that makes it a coping of some kind, maybe a bridge. The style suggests BCN but that's as close as I can go.

    Well, engineering bricks obviously. The edge of a wharf somewhere. Other than that, I'm lost.
