Oh bollards. Where's the lock?



Do these look familiar? They even have the bevelling. They're in Cattle Market Street in Norwich. For comparison here's a lockside bollard on the Wolverhampton 21.

    Next time I am in the City I will have a look and see if there are any rope marks, there will probably be more than those by the locks
